Background

Tatsuyoshi is a Japanese former WBC bantamweight champion known for his unusually low guard, named after Joe Yabuki of the anime Ashita no Joe. Serious eye injuries repeatedly interrupted his career, and he later fought in Thailand in 2008 and 2009.
