Hrgovic blasts plan to put a WBA title on Fury vs Joshua
Promoters say the WBA "super" title will be on the line in Cardiff on December 11. The WBA has not confirmed it, and IBF champion Filip Hrgovic says it is hurting the sport.
Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua could be fighting for a world title when they meet at Cardiff's Principality Stadium on December 11.
Promoters Eddie Hearn and Frank Warren say the WBA "super" title will be on the line. The WBA itself has not confirmed it.
IBF champion Filip Hrgovic is not happy. "These kinds of decisions are killing the sport," he told The Stomping Ground.
The main complaint is that neither man has earned the shot after their July wins over Mariusz Wach and Kristian Prenga.
