MVP: Jake Paul return confirmed, MVP shoots for Jones vs Ngannou
MVP says Jake Paul will fight again in late 2026 or early 2027, with four opponents in talks. Paul has also asked the UFC to release Jon Jones to face Francis Ngannou under MVP MMA.
MVP CEO Nakisa Bidarian has confirmed Jake Paul will return to boxing in late 2026 or early 2027, pushing back on reports that the company's Netflix relationship has collapsed.
MVP is negotiating with four possible opponents for Paul's next fight. Paul was medically cleared after two surgeries on the double jaw fracture Anthony Joshua caused in their December 2025 fight.
JONES VS NGANNOU?
MVP is also chasing a heavyweight mega-fight. Paul has asked the UFC to release Jon Jones so he can face Francis Ngannou under the MVP MMA banner. Jones retweeted the request, but Ngannou warned a release won't come easily.
It's the latest big move since MVP and the PFL merged to create one company combining both rosters.
